We have a new function in Edulearn which is called the Fault Reporting System. This system is integrated into the Resource Management System (RMS) under My Tools. It allows users to report faulty equipments(speakers, computer not working) in the learning resources rooms such as Com Labs and Classrooms. Just set up your Fault Managers (i.e: OM, TA) , your equipments and start reporting faulty equipments via Edulearn.
