Previous Problems:

1.       If is not able to tell if a student has access ANL content, when was the last time, how many times, which topic was access

2.       When teacher/student view smart class, when they click on next to go to ‘next page’ the loader will load, and users will have to wait till loader hits 100%, and then the lesson plays, when lesson end and they click ‘NEXT’ the cycle repeat,

GOOD News! These 2 problems has been solved.

SOLUTIONS:

1.       For all smart class secondary content, we now have Content Tracking, meaning student can track their progress, teachers can track students progress.

a.       To access it, in any secondary smart class course, just click on ‘my progress’

b.      Select school, level, class.

c.       And you will see the tracking report

d.      Click on the view to see detailed report

2.       When you launch a topic, it will start to pre-load all the next few pages, so while you are viewing the lesson, in the background its pre-loading the other pages.

a.       You can tell this is happening as there is a status loader bar at the bottom of the page. See below:-
